1. TAKE TO HEART LSU’S VM

A summarized form of LSU’s Vision-Mission statement will be posted in a tarpaulin in each classroom for every Lasallian to understand and reflect on. A good grasp of the statement is necessary not only for purposes of PAASCU accreditation but more importantly because it is what LSU stands for, as embodied in the slogan Youth for Excellence and Service.

1. MIDTERM EXAMINATION

Midterm examination is on August 7-8. The best preparation for any test takes the form of regular review of lessons learned and applied, not a last hour cramming. Also, settle dues early to avoid long lines near the Accounting Office during the examination.

2. BEC AND FAMILY
34 Religious Education faculty and 42 catechists actively participated in the Basic Ecclesial Community orientation last July 26; 22 seminarians from Saint Mary’s Theologate, 9 LSU faculty and 3 lay partners attended the talk on Vocation and Mission of Families on July 28. Thank you, Fr. Sim, for these and for more talks in the future!
