Qualifications:

- Preferable a graduate of Human Resource Develpoment Management course (Psychology or related courses)

- With goog communications skills, both written and oral.

- Preferably with experience in the field of human resource especially in training and development.

- Can talk in front of big crowd.

- Have good planing and organizing skills.

Specifications:

- Reports directly to the HR Director.

- Assist in the hiring, training and development activities of the university and other related tasks.
