Programs/Services
- Individual Inventory. Data and information about each student are collected as basis for appropriate and relevant guidance program and services.
- Information. Educational, occupational and personal-social information are provided to students through growth group sessions, walk – in seminars, symposia, and bulletin board display.
- Career Guidance. Students are guided in the intelligent and responsible choice of career.
- Counseling. Individual and group counseling are held to facilitate better self-understanding and adjustment to life.
- Placement Service. An assistance given to graduating students to prepare them for work through conducting of graduate options and development seminar and through linkages with establishments for available job opportunities.
- Follow-up Service. Students with poor academic performance are assisted to perform better.
- Peer Facilitating. Cognizant of the tendency of young people to seek help from their peers, the counselors conduct regular training of peer facilitators on basic facilitating and helping skills. The program aims to provide competently trained members as peer counselors ready to lend assistance to their peers.
