Withdrawals/Refunds
Official notification from parents should be submitted to the Registrar's Office on or before the last expected day of attendance of students concerned for the proper fee to be collected. Cancellation Forms are available at the Registrar’s Office.
The date of filing the notice of withdrawal shall be the date of withdrawal and thus, shall be the bases in determining the amount to be charged for the term. Computations for adjustment will be in the Accounting Office.
- Enrolment deposit is non-refundable.
- 10% charge on tuition and other school fess if a student withdraws within the first week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
- 10% charge on tuition and other school fess if a student withdraws within the first week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
- 20% charge on tuition and other school fess if a student withdraws during the second of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
- 50% charge on tuition and other school fess if a student withdraws during the third week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
- 75% charge on tuition and other school fess if a student withdraws during the fourth week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
- 100% charge on tuition and other school fees if a student withdraws after the fourth week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
