Acceptance of transferees to Grades 1 to 9 depends on the availability of slots in these levels.
The school does not accept transferees to Grade 10.
EXAMINATION AND INTERVIEWAll new students and transferees are required to take an Admission Test / Placement Test designed according to the student’s grade level. Interviews are conducted by the Admission Committee.
FORMS AND DOCUMENTS- Duly filled out Enrolment Form / Application Form, accomplished in duplicate copies
- Report Card or Form 138 indicating grades of at least 80% in all subjects
- Birth Certificate (NSO-SecPa)
- Baptismal Certificate (for first Communicants only)
- Certificate of Good Moral Conduct signed by the Principal
- Honorable Dismissal and Clearance from previous school
- Previous academic records, Permit to Study and Alien Certificate of Registration (both issued by the BID) for foreign nationals.
- 2 pieces recent 2 x 2 ID picture
- Medical and dental examination records (forms are available at the school clinic)
Applicants are required to show their receipt of payment for the Admission Test / Placement Test fee before taking the Placement Test to be administered by the Guidance Counselor. Test schedules are to be determined by the Administration. Test results of transferees from Grades 7 to 9 are posted; for lower grades, results may be claimed at the Guidance Center.
Interviews are conducted as scheduled by the Guidance Counselor.
