Requirements for Old/Resident Students

1. Report Card or Form 138


2. Personal Interview with the Administrative Assistant for students with Conduct Grade below 80%


3. Incoming Grades 8 and 9 students who failed in one or two academic units shall be admitted upon completion of Summer Class(es) for said subject(s) and will be placed on Academic Probation


4. Resident students who failed in 3 to 5 academic units shall be retained in the Curriculum Year Level they failed in; placed under Academic Probation; and, pass the entire course. A student may repeat a Grade Level only once in his/her stay in the school.


5. Incoming Grade 10 students who failed and or lack one (1) academic unit by the time of enrolment shall not be accepted in the school.


6. Students with a Conduct Grade of 75% or D, and students who were dismissed or advised to leave due to academic or disciplinary reasons shall not be readmitted in the school.

NOTE: Each student/pupil is required to submit his medical and dental records. Forms will be distributed during the first week of classes.
