Requirements for Kindergarten

A. Age Requirement

1. Kindergarten 1: 4 ½ to 5 years and 5 months by June of the academic year


2. Kindergarten 2: 5 ½ to 6 years and 5 months by June of the academic year

B. Photocopies of the following documents:

3. Birth Certificate (NSO - SecPa)


4. Pupils of foreign citizenship are required to submit a photocopy of their Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Study Permit


5. Pupils who are Filipinos by blood but with foreign citizenship are also required to submit a photocopy of their ACR or photocopy of a Philippine passport


6. Pupils who are natural born Filipinos but with foreign citizenship are required to submit at least a certificate of recognition as Filipino citizen issued by the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID).

C. Other requirements:

7. Duly filled Personal Data Sheet issued by the school, accomplished in duplicate copies


8. 2 pieces recent 2 x 2 ID picture


9. Receipt for Entrance Examination fee


10. Certification of previous schooling (for kindergarten 2 only)


11. Medical and dental examination records (forms available at the School Clinic).

Acceptance to Kindergarten 1 is determined by an interview and an entrance test conducted on a one-on-one basis.

Acceptance to Kindergarten 2 is determined by a written entrance examination. Both are administered by the Guidance Counselor.

Schedule of the interview and examination is given at the time of application.
