Enrollment Procedures

OLD/RESIDENT STUDENTS

1. Enrollment for the next school year starts during the fourth quarter report card distribution.


2. Check for the color coded enrolment form inserted inside your report card envelope (for old students without failing grades)
   For students with failing grades: secure a summer enrollment form from the Vice Principal for Academics or the IS Registrar’s Office


3. Fill out personally the enrollment form. Parents may fill out the forms of students from Kinder 1 to Grade 3.


4. Bring enrollment form to the Accounting Office for payment


5. Return the enrolment form to the IS Registrar’s Office for enrolment validation

GRADES 7 - 9 TRANSFEREES

1. See the IS Admin / Registrar’s Office and submit all needed requirements


2. Fill out personally the Enrollment Form and Individual Information Sheet from the IS Registrar’s Office.
   For students with final grades of below 80%: see the Guidance Counselor for an interview
   For students with failing grades: see the Vice Principal for Academics


3. Bring enrollment form to the Accounting Office for payment of Entrance Fee and Placement Exam


4. Return the Enrolment Form to the IS Registrar’s Office for enrolment validation and issuance of temporary ID.


5. Take the Placement Exam on the scheduled date. (Check the Admin Bulletin Board for the schedule.)

KINDER AND GRADES 2 - 6 TRANSFEREES

1. Pay for Admission Test at the Accounting Office


2. See the Guidance Counselor for one on one interview and take the Admission Test.


3. See the IS Admin / Registrar’s Office and submit all needed requirements


4. Fill out personally the Enrollment Form from the Registrar’s Office. Parents may fill out the forms of students from Kinder 1 to Grade 3.


5. Bring enrollment form to the Accounting Office for payment of Entrance Fee


6. Return the Enrolment Form to the IS Registrar’s Office for enrolment validation and issuance of temporary ID.
