SUBMISSION OF TESTBOOKLETS/WORKSHEETS

Deadline: June 15, 2010 (test booklets/worksheets will be accepted even before paying tuition and other fees)

Where :  Registrar’s Office (Records Section counter 3)

REQUIREMENTS DURING THE EXAM:

1.     A permit to take the Special Final Exam from the college dean is required for students who missed to take 1 or 3 subjects when submitting their test booklets or worksheets.

2.     To present a verified PERMITS & SPECIAL PERMITS before taking the special exam on June 18, 2010.  NO PERMIT, NO EXAM.

3.     Maximum time to finish each 3 units is one (1) hour and two (2) hours for 6-unit subject.
