It aspires to take the lead in offering students responsive and innovative courses that meet the demands of industry – ready professionals for hotel and restaurants in the Philippines and abroad.
The HRM/Hospitality Management program is for the young and adults who want to have a career in the hospitality services of lodging and dining. They will learn to be aware and alert about minutest details in managing and operating hotels and restaurants. This program includes: sanitation, safety and hygiene; principle of foood and menu planning; hospitality accounting; business ethics; bar management; cost control analysis; hospitality marketing; front office operations; housekeeping and laundry operations; food service techniques; and convention and events management.
Purpose
To produce individuals who are professionally competent in the field of HRM/ Hospitality Management, are socially responsible and imbued with the qualities and values of a Lasallian.
Objectives
